Learn important regulations pertaining to above and underground storage tanks.

Many facilities around the United States must use storage tanks to hold large amounts of chemicals needed for production. These tanks can be aboveground and underground. Do you know much about your storage tanks? Aboveground storage tank issues can be easily identified, but there are also other EPA regulations that you need to be aware of that do not involve the physical state of the tank.

Underground storage tanks are not as common as they used to be, but if you do work with one or more don’t try to bury their issues as well. These tanks require constant inspections, testing, and insurance to prevent an underground leak.

Join KPA engineer Zach Pucillo as he will discuss routine maintenance that regulators will be looking for and important regulations pertaining to above and underground storage tanks.
